On August 4, ALGOBiZZ marked a transformative milestone by making three major announcements that will shape our next phase of growth:
1️⃣ IPO Advisory Appointment for Nasdaq Listing
We are proud to announce the appointment of V Capital Consulting Group (VCCG) as our exclusive IPO advisor for ALGOBiZZ’s planned Nasdaq listing in Q4 2026.
Ms. Vivian Yong (CEO, VCCG) highlighted how the U.S. capital market empowers SMEs, noting that 142 companies went public in the first half of 2025, raising USD 19.2 billion.
Ms. Serene See (CEO, ALGOBiZZ) emphasized that a U.S. listing offers international reach, deep liquidity, and direct access to global investors.
2️⃣ Merger with GenTech AI
The event also marked the official signing of the merger between ALGOBiZZ and GenTech AI, Malaysia’s leading AI technology company. Represented by Mr. Sam Lim (Founder & COO, ALGOBiZZ) and Mr. Simon Gan (Founder & CEO, GenTech AI), this merger unites Malaysia’s first cloud-based tax platform with cutting-edge AI innovations—accelerating our mission to revolutionize both the tax and AI landscape.
3️⃣Launch of iBiZZtax Software Support AI – The ServeAI
In collaboration with GenTech AI, we proudly introduced the iBiZZtax ServeAI—an AI-powered assistant designed to enhance technical support for iBiZZtax users. Trained on real support cases, it delivers faster, smarter, and more efficient solutions—elevating the overall customer experience.
As emphasized by Mr. Simon Gan, CEO of GenTech AI, “AI is designed to empower, not replace—helping us achieve more and transform challenges into opportunities.”

Sam 表示，这次合作的起点其实是一场“巧合”：正当 ALGOBiZZ 准备推进 ibizztax.ai AI 赋能的税务解决方案时，Simon 恰好具备相关技术与愿景，并对 ALGOBiZZ 的产品非常有信心。因此双方迅速展开合作，在研发 AI 税务解决方案的过程中，更诞生了 ServeAI，未来可广泛应用于客户支持与企业内部管理自动化。
Simon 则向现场嘉宾传达了一个重要的信息：AI 并非要取代人类，而是协助人类一起开创更多新的可能。他进一步阐述了此次并购的战略背景，以及双方在推进 AI 深度整合、共同引领马来西亚 AI 市场方面的共同愿景。
