Official Release of Form E and EA Year 2025

1) Updates on Form E

Disclosure on the Particulars of Tax Agent who Completes the Form E is added under Part B.

2) Critical notes to take

Postcode, mobile number and country MUST be keyed in.
Return method of CP8D – Selection MUST be made from the drop down box.
When the Appointed Tax Agent is ticked at Edit Year, the tax agent information (IRB control field for Year 2025) would be auto captured from Setting>Profile.
Note : Please ensure that the Profile information is complete.

3) Data transfer processing

CP8D
- Login via MyTax (MyTax>Role selection (employer)>ezHASiL services>e-Data Praisi/e-CP8D>e-CP8D>Submission of CP8D> Upload CP8D), subject to IRB’s data processing.
- TAeF (normal practice)
Form E
- For MyTax login in iBiZZ, at e-Tax Filing (Select server : MyTax>Select access type : Deselect/IND)
- TAeF(normal practice)

Labuan entity’s TIN
Advance Ruling & Advance Pricing
Added 8 new MANDATORY fields for YA 2025
New slider buttons added for Director
New slider button added for Shareholder & new field for amount of dividends received in the basis period were added
2 new MANDATORY Sections for Beneficial Owner and Tax Remission Claim are added

2) Updates on Changes to Form C YA 2025

Section 110 tax deduction (others)
Controlled Transactions – Part A
Made payments to Labuan entity(ies)
Updated iBiZZ Review Form C
Disclosure for Director, Shareholders and Beneficial Owners which have more than 5 persons.

3) Critical notes to take

For mailing address, MUST indicate whether it is the tax agent’s address.
For tax agent’s contact number, MUST be completed.
