Eligibility criteria for SMEs:
Registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia
Must be at least 51% owned by Malaysians
Business address or operation address registered in Selangor only
In operation for at least 1 year
Required to have a minimum annual sales turnover of RM300,000
and not exceeding RM3 million
Limited to one (1) application per company only. However, SMEs are allowed to apply to up to three (3) digital services with one (1) or more service providers that are endorsed by Sidec.

- Company profile from SSM
- Audited financial statement (2020) OR latest 12-months management account OR latest 12-months Profit & Loss statement
- Company’s bank statement for the last two (2) months
- Business description
- Proforma invoice/Invoice from authorised vendor listed by SIDEC
Sole Proprietorship
- Declaration form
- Business profile from SSM
- Audited financial statement (2020) OR latest 12-months management account OR latest 12-months Profit & Loss statement
- Company’s bank statement for the last six (6) months
- Business description
- Proforma invoice/Invoice from authorised vendor listed by SIDEC
