Public Services: AI & Digital Leadership Programme —— Successfully Concluded on July 23, 2025

This workshop was hosted by the Malaysian Public Service sector and featured ServeAI as the official AI tool for the session. Mr. Gan Chun Yee (Simon), Group CTO of ALGOBiZZ Berhad, was exclusively invited to lead the programme. A total of 25 senior government officers participated, each representing various ministries with an average of over 17 years of public service experience.

Mr. Gan delivered a clear and insightful overview of the logic and architecture behind AI Agents. Real-world case studies were presented to demonstrate how AI Agents can streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency in government departments.

The session drew strong interest and active engagement. Participants experienced the ServeAI setup process and interacted with its features. They were particularly impressed by how the AI Agent could learn from provided government SOPs, policies, and knowledge databases to handle repetitive tasks and respond to common queries consistently.
