Administrative Assistant

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Efficient time management skills to prioritize task and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of internet technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of basic accounting and filing job would be an advantage.
  • A fast learner, well communicate, service minded, good working attitude person.
  • Effective problem-solver with a pleasant demeanour.
