The Selangor State Government & SIDEC have officially launched the Selangor SME Digitalisation Matching Grant

You might have heard of MDEC’s Digitalization Matching Grant, however are you aware that Selangor has its own Digital Matching Grant by SIDEC?

This grant is opened to all SME businesses which are registered or operating in Selangor. Calling out to all Tax Professionals out there in Selangor, use this opportunity to digitize your business now!

If you are a SME business owner, you too can benefit from this grant by helping your employees digitize their Tax Report Submission.

We are officially appointed by SIDEC as their DSP (Digital Service Provider). Grab this golden opportunity to sign up and use iBiZZtax or Robotax to obtain up to 50% or RM5,000 for this Selangor SME Digitalisation Matching Grant, hurry up and apply as the registration closes on 15th June 2021, 12pm.

Eligibility criteria for SMEs:

Registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia

criteria-2

Must be at least 51% owned by Malaysians

criteria-3

Business address or operation address registered in Selangor only

criteria-4

In operation for at least 1 year

criteria-5

Required to have a minimum annual sales turnover of RM300,000
and not exceeding RM1 million

criteria-6

Limited to one (1) application per company only. However, SMEs are allowed to apply to up to three (3) digital services with one (1) or more service providers that are endorsed by Sidec

Required Documents:

SDN BHD Company

  • Copy of MyKad 
  • Copy of business registration licenses (CCM, Form A/B, Form 24 & 49 and M&A or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016)
  • Utilities bill
  • Audited financial statement for the last financial year or the latest management accounts
  • Company’s bank statement for the last two (2) months
  • Company’s profile 
  • Proforma invoice / invoice from authorised DSPs listed by Sidec

Sole Proprietorship

  • Copy of MyKad 
  • Copy of business registration licenses (CCM, Form 9 or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016A)
  • Utilities bill
  • Audited financial statement for the last financial year or the latest management account (if any)
  • Company’s bank statement for the last six (6) months
  • Company’s profile 
  • Proforma invoice / invoice from authorised DSPs listed by Sidec
