The Government will subsidize 50% matching grant for up to RM5,000 per Tax Professional for the subscription of the above services. This matching grant will be worth RM500 million over 5 years, limited to the first 100,000 SMEs applying to digitalize their businesses.

For Required Documents & Application Forms
SME and Cooperative Eligibility:
- The SME is at least 60% owned by Malaysian individually;
- The SME and Cooperative is registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia;
- The SME/Coop has been in operation for at least six (6) months; and
- The SME/Coop has minimum average annual sales turnover of RM50,000.00
Required Documents :
- Completed SME Digitalisation Initiative Application Form.
- Copy of Identity Card or Passport of Director (s) / Partner (s) / Proprietor(s) /applicant appointed by the Coop, whichever is applicable.
- Copy of business registration licenses (CCM, Form A/B, Form 24 & 49 or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016) For Coop, a copy of SKM registration certificate – certified by owner with signature & Company’s stamp chop.
- Company’s bank statement for the last two (2) months.
- Invoice/billing and service agreement from authorized vendor listed by MDEC.
- Any other information and documents as and when required by the bank.
Digitalisation Matching Grant Application Flow:
- Request the TSP Package from our website and an invoice will be issued to Tax Firm.
- Before submission to Bank, request Tax Firm to complete and submit all required documents to iBiZZtax for review and checking.
This is to ensure all documents are in order and save your time from any unnecessary trips. - Tax Firm is to perform 50% payment to iBiZZtax and we will provide the Official Receipt once the above review is done.
- Tax Firm is to submit the application by COURIER along with all required documents to BSN Bank.
- Once couriered, please send iBiZZtax a copy of the consignment note – MUST.
- Bank processes application.
- Bank disburse remaining payment to iBiZZCLOUD SDN BHD.
