Established in 1986 just before the Malaysia economic recession crisis in 1987, GEMCO MANAGEMENT SERVICES SDN BHD (“GEMCO”) is a registered Management Consultancy and CPA-Australia Firm providing services in particular income tax compliance, corporate secretarial, administrative / accounting services, business / financial planning and other management allied services.
GEMCO was founded by Australian-trained & qualified accountants who are greatly involved in the community services for a greater cause and contributing back to society.
GEMCO also has been coaching for the past 25 years many Accountancy, Business, and Corporate Secretarial undergraduates by participating in the industrial tertiary programme, mainly training local/oversea university students for a period of between 3 to 6 months prior to their graduation. The aim is to expose these students to match and apply their technical knowledge with the practical aspects of the profession.
